Weldcool is a low viscosity; non-toxic, non-combustible heat transfer torch coolant .It is a highly efficient torch coolant for use in all welder torch radiator circulation and re-circulation systems. Weldcool is specifically formulated and recommended for: MIG Welding, TIG Welding, Laser Welding and Laser Cutting, Plasma Welding, Robotic Welding, Resistance and Spot Welding, and many others, as well as for all general industrial applications. Weldcool also eliminates the hazards of damaging mineral deposit, which are built up internally during the operation. and prevents for clogging. It lubricates pump, liner, gasket and seal, thus extending time between preventive maintenance. Its corrosion inhibitors protect iron, steel, aluminum, brass and copper components.  The rust inhibitors of the coolant are extended life and can re-inhibitate so its running life is more than others coolant. Weldcool is more environmentally friendly & resists to freezing down. It is a non-volatile and non-hazardous product during the storage. Its thermal stability and dielectric properties make the cooling liquid suitable for high performance welding torches used in the industry. It can be used in both warm and cold weather applications Weldcool does not contain any chlorine, sulphur, nitrates, PCB's, phenols, formaldehyde, or silicone.

Application: Weldcool is compatible with all other standard coolants and also with metallic and non-metallic parts of the equipment. The product should be used without any type of the dilution, means it is a ready to use so no care is to be taken before use. It is also completely tested before dispatch. For toping purpose always use distilled water.
The product should not be mix with antifreeze coolant of automotive, tape water, methanol based Coolant, and HVAC coolant.
A biodegradable and non toxic is also avail able with us.
 The manufacturer can also supply the automobile and HVAC coolant.
For cleaning of the cooling system always use plazclean of APL.
