FIRE RESISTANT HYDRAULIC FLUID INVERT EMULSION contains polymer surfactant to control the emulsion particle size and as its one part is oil so it gives more lubricity and adequate viscosity then others. FIRE RESISTANT HYDRAULIC FLUID INVERT EMULSION is an emulsion type fire resistant hydraulic fluid so its internal phase is water and about 40 % in quantity & external phase is mineral oil. It is an environmental friendly due to having less quantity of the oil. It has high viscosity index, low power point & exhibit good hydraulic thermal and oxidation stability. It has well anti wear property & low shear stability. It is a compatible with all kind of seal, house, gasket & metal part, etc, commonly used in mineral oil system.

FIRE RESISTANT HYDRAULIC FLUID INVERT EMULSION has excellent emulsion stability at exceeding temperature more than normal hydraulic operating temperature. The fluid is also able to withstand the freezing – thaw cycle without separating.
