Aero Engine Coolant

Aero engine coolant or aero plane engine coolant is not only control the temperature of cylinder head Temperatures (CHT) of power plant installation of aero plane, but also keep free from corrosion and scale of the cooling system.
The Aero coolant protects the cylinder heads from over heating by dissipating it. It also saves the engine components and assembly by appropriate additives from freezing. The coolant is a longer life coolant due to its super additives. The product is suitable for all seasons due to its low freezing point. It is a ready to use product so no further addition is required. The aero coolant does not freeze up to -50°C
The specific type water has been added during the process and tested according the same. The product is non flammable due to water contains. Its specific thermal capacity is higher then water less coolant so its gives more efficiency than water less coolant in heat transfer, but its boiling point is less than water less coolant so, this product allows only up to 120°C cylinder head temperature. There is more water loss than water-less coolant due to low boiling point at higher temperature.
The product is not only gives corrosion protection to the Aluminum but also other metals like .steel, brass, copper, solder etc;
The water less coolant can be use on higher temperature due to its high boiling point. The product is amine, phosphate, nitrite free.
The aero coolant is suitable for the all types of water coolant aero engines.
Its use, change of frequency, testing process etc; are as per manufacturer recommendation.
